Try Dive

£35

Our one-hour 1:1 introduction to maximise your first scuba diving experience. If you’ve ever wondered if scuba diving is for you this is a cheap and easy way to find out, all from the safety of a swimming pool with one of our friendly instructors. Our try dives are available to anyone over 18 years old.

Snorkel Experience

£25

Our Snorkel experience is for one hour at the swimming pool.  Within that the session you will cover basic snorkelling techniques, “duck diving”, snorkelling underwater and safety when snorkelling. Our snorkel experience is available for to anyone over 18 years old.

Ocean Diver

£285 + club and BSAC fees

Ocean Diver is a starting course for anyone wishing to learn how to scuba dive, and after you’re qualified to dive to 20m as an Ocean Diver within the limits of what you have learn! Our courses are run at a pace that suits your confidence level, something that’s not offered in most holiday scuba courses. The course cost includes:

Ocean Diver Class of 2019

• Theory Tuition with E-Learning
• Use of club basic SCUBA equipment
• Air fills for confined water training 5 sessions
• Wetsuits (limited sizes available) for 2 Open Water days
• Fees to Open Water sites are not included

Sports Diver Training with DJ

Further dive courses available:

Advanced Ocean Diver, Sports Diver, Dive Leader and Advanced Diver costs £90-150 per course. Plus, all fees for open water dives at dive sites and club equipment is available to loan for a small charge.

Crossover courses

Not BSAC qualified? Not a problem! BSAC can transfer your qualification to an equivalent one, whether you want to progress your rescue skills and depth, or you qualified years ago and don’t remember all your skills. (See agency table in FAQs)

Progressing your diving

We can train divers up to BSAC Advanced Diver level. If you’d like to progress your diving, drop us an email or come along to one of our club nights and you can talk to one of our super instructors about your skill level and where you want to progress your diving to!
Club equipment is available to loan for a small charge.

Skill Development Courses

BSAC offer many SDC’s, some of which we can offer in-house! If there’s a course you’d like to take that we can’t offer, there’s usually someone who has taken it and they can offer you advice on where to go! Some SDC’s we run are Boat Handling, Oxygen Administration, Chart and Position Fixing, and the RNLI Sea Survival Course.
