Belgium Febuary 2010
In February 2010 we took a trip to the worlds deepest swimming pool, Nemo 33 , in Brussels.
At 33 meters in depth with a water temperature of... 33 degs it's very impressive and a great place for a mid winter dive break
(beats the murky depths of Guildenburgh in 3 degs by a very long way).
With the wonders of the Eurostar it would have been possible to do it as a day trip but it was much more pleasant to make a
weekend of it - Staying in.... The Hotel Bedford .
Click on the image for a video No Trip to Brussels would be complete without one of these. Here at last From the inside out The on-site restaraunt - with a view in to pool behind A yellow submarine, all be it a bit small for living in Watching the divers watching us

Bedford River Festival 2008
Not only do we use our boat, the Slack Lady, as a dive tender we also use it to provide safety boat cover for the Bedford River festival and some of the rowing regattas. On this occasion, unfortunately, no camera recorded Mark's heroic dip to hack a mattress away from a stricken cruisers prop.

Cuba 2007
In April 2007 Rosie and Howard visited Cabo St Antonio and Maria La Gorda in Cuba.
While we didn't get to dive at Cabo St Antonio it was a great place to 'get away from it all' - being two hours dirt track drive away from 'civilisation'.
The Diving at Maria La Gorda was spectacular with visibility that seemed to go on for ever, pristine reefs and a wall that disappeared down in to the abyssal depths.
